Most single window or door replacements take a single day. A full house of windows usually runs 2–3 days. Composite or French doors are typically half a day. Bifold doors take one to two days depending on the size of the opening. Conservatories and orangeries are 4–10 weeks. We commit to dates in writing and stick to them.

Always. Every fitter is directly employed by Custom Choice and FENSA-registered. We never use subcontractors — so there is a single point of accountability from survey to sign-off. The team you meet in the showroom is the same team who surveys, fits and signs the job off.
We’re based at our Fengate showroom in Peterborough (PE1 5QP) and cover roughly a 30-mile radius — Peterborough, Stamford, Huntingdon, St Neots, Ely, Cambridge, Spalding, Bourne, March and Wisbech.
