About our doors
A new entrance door changes how your home looks from the street. A new set of bifolds changes how it feels out the back, and internal glass doors change how it flows inside. We fit them all. Comp Door and Origin for entrance work, Cortizo and Origin for bifolds and French doors, Schüco where the project calls for the German benchmark, and the Origin OI-30 collection for internal Crittall-style glass doors. Every door we fit is tested to the latest UK security standard, Secured by Design, and backed by both the manufacturer guarantee and our own 10-year insurance-backed installation warranty.

Comp Door is composite — a solid timber core wrapped in a tough GRP skin, with 30+ styles from cottage character to contemporary. Aluminium (Origin or Schüco) is slim-framed, modern, and can be matched across your bifolds and French doors elsewhere on the property if you want a single look throughout. We fit both — come into the showroom and feel the difference.
Yes — Comp Door has a full online designer where you pick the style, colours (inside and out), glazing, hardware and threshold. Save the spec, send it to us, and we’ll quote it up. Most customers refine the design once more in the showroom before signing off.
Every door we fit is tested to the latest UK security standard and Police-accredited under Secured by Design. Comp Door includes smart sensors that alert your phone if the door is opened or left unlocked, plus an anti-snap cylinder with a £2,000 home-owner guarantee. Origin and Schüco aluminium doors carry the same certification.
Yes — the full Comp Door and Origin ranges are on display at our Fengate showroom. Open them, close them, feel the weight. Cortizo bifold corner samples are there too, with Schüco demonstrations available on request. Open Mon–Fri 9:30am–5pm; evenings and weekends by appointment.
A composite or French door is usually half a day on site; a wide bifold or sliding door one to two days depending on the opening. Lead time from order to fit is typically 6–8 weeks for Comp Door and 10–14 weeks for aluminium bifolds. We commit to dates in writing.
