Custom Choice have supplied and installed 25 windows for us. From the initial meetings to the final installations the communications have been great, keeping us up to date at all times. The quality of the windows supplied and the installation have been outstanding and have made a major improvement to our house both visually and from an energy efficiency viewpoint. Requested a quote on a porch needing doing at my mum’s bungalow, after speaking to Tariq who came over and took measurements and swiftly emailed over an online graphic design plan which looked exactly how we visualised it to be and proceeded to accept and move to the next stage of works being planned.

Once all the works were completed I must say my mum was really happy as I was with the quality of work carried out at highest of standards.

The work itself was very organised and the workmen involved were super attentive and clean with carrying out their assigned jobs from foundations being dug out to bricks being laid and windows being fixed in. Team always arrived early and put in a full day’s work no messing around straight to business.

From Custom Choice: We installed a Porch from scratch. Laid Foundations and built steps to the entrance. Built a dwarf wall. Installed a Poly Carb Roof, 4 x UPVc windows and 1 x UPVc door.

I am delighted with my new front door which has been much admired, my patio door and windows. Brian was an excellent workman and a pleasure to have in the house.

He left everything in immaculate order, the same goes for the plasterers who came to make good. The products were first class and everyone I have dealt with in the family business have been excellent.

We were very impressed with this company, from start to finish they were very professional and interested in providing us with information about the products they had on display in their showroom. Seeing the doors and windows on display rather than in catalogues was very helpful. Tony and Tariq were very courteous and helpful.

Absolutely professional from quotation, installation and administration. I obtained several quotations from other companies and although this company were not the cheapest on price the product offered was superior and the advice and service supplied warranted the small price difference.

We would highly recommend Custom Choice. They provided us with a first class service, delivering everything they said, to a very high standard. Tony came to talk to us about replacing all of our windows and doors and was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy, which for me is really important.

The work was carried out without a glitch and we were kept informed at all times.

We had a new window put in and this was also done very quickly and to a high standard. Building notice was sorted out promptly and was inspected the same day.

Brian and Ricky did a fantastic job fitting our doors, windows and facias along with the builder and plasterer who also did an excellent job. Inevitably there was an amount of dust created but the guys were incredibly clean and tidy clearing any mess away at the end of each day.

All in all the end result was everything we had hoped for.

From our initial quote to the fitting of our windows and doors, Custom Choice were professional, polite, informative and all work was done to a high standard with minimum mess!

From Custom Choice: We replaced cladding to the Porch and Dorma windows at the back of the house. At the front we did a cut-out so an additional window could be installed including planning. We installed a total of 13 x R7s windows, 1 x R7s French Door, 2 Comp Doors, 1 x uPVC Door, and 4 other windows.

We found Tony at Custom Choice through check a trade and from our first meeting was very impressed with all he had to offer.

We were looking to upgrade our facers and guttering and wanting some quotes for external rendering. Tony was very helpful and whilst here I also enquired about converting our very old conservatory.

Tony was so helpful and friendly at ever step of the process. He even put us in touch with so many other tradesmen all of which have been first class, we highly recommend him and will be certainly be using him again in the future.
