We moved into a new home a year ago and had already decided that the windows and front door would be replaced. We were recommended to have Custom Choice be one of the firms quote on the replacements. The advice they gave and the product options were the best of our 3 options. We never felt pressured into choosing them and they weren’t the cheapest. The team were friendly and listened to our requirements before showing us what they believed would work on our property. Once we had decided the ordering process was easy and then time taken to manufacture was relatively short. First class service.

In total we had 8 windows, a front door and French doors fitted. The custom choice came round, took measurements and then sat down with us to show us the full selection of windows and doors.

Tony, the person who came round, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He sat down with me, my wife and our daughter, showed us the entire range, and went through the prices and options clearly so we could make the right choice.

The installers that fitted everything were excellent and very clean. They removed the old windows and doors, fitted the new ones, laid sheets everywhere so they wouldn’t make a mess, and cleaned up properly afterwards.

The new windows and doors have made a massive difference to condensation and heat retention, and they’ve made our house look great too. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent.

All in all, it took about a month from ordering to having everything fitted, which we found very fast. We’re extremely pleased with every part of the process and can’t fault it. Very professional from start to finish.
