Replacement of windows throughout house including replacing windows in 2 story bay with the installation of a metal plate above the ground floor bay window. Also fitted french doors.

Tariq has been brilliant throughout the whole process, answering any questions we had when arranging the quote, liaising with our structural engineer to make sure the requirements for the metal plate were to their specifications.

Brian did a lovely job of fitting all the windows, whilst Tony and Ethan did the work for fitting the metal plate and making the area good after installation of it.

Well co-ordinated between the team and any faults noted with the windows were addressed immediately with replacements. Overall a superb job all round.

We had a new front door supplied and fitted. The door was exactly what we were after and the best price after having had a few quotes. Excellent communication and very professional service. No issues whatsoever and would definitely recommend.

9 Windows. Flawless sales (It’s probably a really easy job working for this company – the windows are exceptionally high quality; like selling oxygen to astronauts). Clear and understandable quote. Various window furniture options – main delay was waiting for my preferences to be over-ruled by the wife, then being bullied into going with the daughter’s choice.

Installation was performed flawlessly. I have found myself looking (happily) at my windows instead of through them.

Tony who came to quote was excellent and had lots of really helpful practical and style advice. Our fitter, Brian, was utterly superb. His work is of the highest standard. To our amazement he managed to remove a set of patio doors singlehandedly and fit the new ones in a morning without any damage at all to plasterwork or paintwork in our lounge.

Custom Choice replaced two windows and some UPVC French doors with Bi-folds. This is the fourth time we have gone to Custom Choice for work on our home and yet again we were delighted with the communication, service speed of fit and quality of workmanship. The back of our house is transformed!

We went to buy replacement windows for one elevation of our house. We were so impressed with the attention and service we received from Tariq that we ended up replacing 15 windows. In for a penny we decided to replace our conservatory (12 windows and 2 doors).

Nothing was too much trouble. Our fitter, Brian, is a tradesman who takes pride in his work, and who cleaned up after himself! Every detail was covered and all the work was completed in 4 days. Brilliant service.

Honest, no nonsense advice. Their windows are obviously great quality so little or no “selling” was required, but Mike talked us through the various options and we agreed a product, a price, a payment schedule and an installation date.

Everything has gone perfectly. Installation was very impressive and completed with exquisite attention to detail. It has been a positive experience throughout and I could not be happier with my new windows.

From the first visit for a quote to the work being finished, CCW were easy to deal with. There was a little mix up with a piece of glass (just a miscommunication, nobody’s fault) but it was replaced as soon as it was ready with no disruption.

Our fitter was called Brian and he is great. He was friendly and accommodating and did a great job too. We have a dog that isn’t great with strangers in the house but Brian just worked around that and made what could have been a stressful experience, easy.

Excellent firm. First class service, and they delivered everything they said, to a very high standard. We had new front and back doors fitted to our house, and our conservatory was completely rebuilt.

The end result was much more than we could reasonably have expected. These are trustworthy people. The initial mortar mix did not quite match the original and they replaced it at their expense and with absolutely no fuss.

We are now thinking of replacing our house windows and this will be our firm of choice. A great experience, with people who communicate openly and honestly and have good business values.
